Dr. Sheila Salinas Navarro, co-founder of Lift Truck Repair and Maintenance LLC, graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2025 and launched the company after competing in a seed competition that accelerated her entrepreneurial vision. As a Latina first-generation immigrant, Dr. Salinas Navarro understands the importance of building opportunity through hard work, discipline, and financial responsibility. She founded Lift Truck Repair and Maintenance LLC with a commitment to delivering high-quality service at a fair, competitive rate, ensuring businesses receive dependable support without unnecessary overhead costs.
Her background in the produce industry and experience as a truck dispatcher provide a unique, operations-level understanding of supply chain efficiency. She has witnessed firsthand how equipment downtime disrupts warehouse productivity, delays truck departures, and impacts profitability.
